CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Our unit lease runs month to month.

• Bills are mailed out on the 20th, and the rent payments are due on the 1st of each month.

• A late fee of $10.00 is applied to all accounts not paid by the 10th of each month. If the account still has not been paid by the 15th of the month, the unit is over-locked until the balance is paid in full.

• For tenants who want to avoid the hassle of keeping up with paper bills, we also offer the option to have the rent taken off your credit card automatically each month.

• The rent is prorated for tenants that move in mid-month. However, the rent will not be prorated should a tenant decided to vacate the unit in the middle of a month, so it is better to plan a move-out close to the 1st of the month.

• All waste is the responsibility of the tenant. A $100.00 fee will be assessed on the accounts of tenants found to be leaving trash on the premises.
